I do not like pineapple. I have told this to The Geek in the Pink many times but it did not stop him from handing me a shot glass filled with something-and-something and pineapple juice.
Skating at Rockefeller Center at Christmas time, a stroll through Central Park, or maybe even hailing a cab for the first time- these are obvious New York moments. But what about getting flashed outside of the Duane Reade or remembering to hold your breath when walking past a homeless person?
Whether its watching the kids with boom boxes dance in the middle of the A train, a midnight ride on a horse drawn carriage through Times Square or something as simple as feeling the sun warm your face as you buy a hot dog on the corner of Broadway and 33rd, everyone should have at least one perfect, quintessential New York moment.
